Terms and conditions
1. Item available for shipping to Sabah ONLY. Shipping fee required for any delivery outside from Sabah.
2. Pickup only available at Top Kinabalu Warehouse, Industri E33 Likas.
3. Voucher is only valid until 15th August 2021.
4. User are required to register as a member at Top Kinabalu website before completing the redemption process.
5. Each Redemption Code is valid for one time use only.
6. Each User can only redeem the same item once.
7. Vouchers are not refundable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash.
8. Redemption code must be applied upon checkout.
9. The Redemption Code can then be used on the linked item at the checkout page
10. The promotion is only applicable for item listed in Boost App only.
11. Please expect the parcel order delivery within 7 to 14 working days upon your order confirmation.

13. Top Kinabalu reserves the right to amend/cancel the promotion at any time.
14. Customers will have to bear the cost of return postage charges for returned products that we receive and if requested to be resend or returned back again to customers.

Redemption Instructions
Step 1 : Copy the Redemption Code as provided in your Boost App redemption.
Step 2 : Click on "Go to Top Kinabalu" to land to the product page and add product to cart. Please do not key in Redemption Code before Log In.
Step 3 : Log In or Sign Up as Top Kinabalu User to complete the redemption process.
Step 4 : Select Use Coupon Code and Key in Redemption Code at "Coupon Code" field and click "Apply".
Step 5: Choose shipping methods between Delivery Service and Self Pick Up.
Step 6: Click "Place Your Order" to complete the redemption.
